CoCoTools is a library that provides utilities for working with the data stored on the CoCoMac macaque neuroanatomical database. Using only high-level commands, users of CoCoTools can query, process and register the wealth of anatomical data on CoCoMac to create customized matrices (graphs) depicting the macro-connections of the macaque brain.
